Soyi marinated mushrooms

Recipes

4 packs of enoki mushrooms or your preferred mushroom

2tbsp. soy sauce

3tbsp. sunflower oil

3tbsp. rice vinegar

3tbsp. mitsuba. Nicely chopped

2 red chili pepper.

1rsp. Kosher salt

2tbsp. green shiso. Finely chopped

Directions

Over low heat, pour the oil into a saucepan and heat it

Add the mushrooms to the hot oil and stir fry till it absorbs all the oil

Turn off the heat and stir in the soy sauce, vinegar, shiso, mitsuba, salt, and pepper.

Serve or refrigerate it when cooled.
